WHO ARE WE? We are a SILVER LEVEL or GOLD LEVEL swim team in the Cobb Summer Swim League (CSSL). Our team begins practice each year beginning in May and we finish our season on the last day of June. We participate in five swim meets in the North Zone of CSSL.
WHO CAN BE A DOLPHIN? We take swimmers from age 5-18 to swim on our team and we are piloting our Guppy program for kids ages four to six that are not quite ready to be a Dolphin.
WHO CAN SWIM IN MEETS? Dolphins need to turn five by May 31st of the current swim year to swim in meets. Swimmers should be able to swim one length of the pool unassisted in 90 seconds at the meets. See our handbook for Readiness Skills.
WHAT IF MY CHILD NEEDS SOME EXTRA PRACTICE WITH STROKES? The Dolphins have swim clinics available during the week to reinforce strokes in a smaller group setting than practice.
CAN ANYONE DO THESE CLINICS? Clinics are only for team members.
CAN MY CHILD TAKE PRIVATE LESSONS THROUGH THE SWIM TEAM? Our swim coaches may be available for private swim lessons outside of swim team times, which is not affiliated with our team. You can contact coaches directly for pricing and availability by visiting our Coach page on our website.
