PORA Membership Application 2012-2013

It’s a simple two-step process – note all members (new and renewing) must complete both steps below. Please note that submission of the membership application and payment confirms that you accept and and agree to abide by the Pool Rules, Tennis Rules and the PORA Liability Release.  Please note that you must be 18 years of age to submit an application to PORA.

  1. Fill out the form below. Once all required and applicable fields have been filled in, click the Submit button. After you have submitted your application, proceed to step 2.
  2. After you have submitted your application, click this link to pay with PayPal. You can use a credit/debit card, electronic check and other forms of payment with PayPal – no account is required!
Note: if you prefer to mail in your payment, please finish step one and then mail your check made payable to PORA to PORA, P.O. Box 71836, Marietta, Georgia 30007.  If you prefer not to register online (but we really suggest that you do) you can also use a regular paper form and mail your check.
